Keystroke Logging and Screenshot Recording

Keystroke Spy will record all keystrokes typed by all users of the computer you install the software on.  The keystrokes can be viewed in raw format, exactly as they were typed, or formatted for easy viewing.  Screenshot recording allows you to visually see what users did and when.  View Keystroke Spy's keystroke recording features below :

  All keystroke logs are time stamped with the time and date the keystrokes were typed. Along with this you will also see the application they were typed in, the title of the Window they were typed in, and the Windows username who did the typing.

Alerting, Reporting, and Filtering Features

Not only does Keystroke Spy record keystrokes, but it will also alert you by email when certain keyword phrases are typed, such as names, addresses, and other phrases you specify.  You can also have logs automatically sent to your email address so you can view reports from another computer, such as your office.  Last, but not least, rather than logging all keystrokes you can setup Keystroke Spy to only monitor those keystrokes performed in specific applications you want to monitor.

  Keystroke Spy can be set so that it ONLY records keystrokes typed in specific applications or windows you select. This is optional and by default Keystroke Spy will record all keystrokes typed regardless of where they occur.
  
  
• Email Log Delivery
  Keystroke Spy allows you to send its keystrokes log to via email, along with a current screenshot of the computer desktop, at set time intervals you specify. This allows you to view logs from a location other than the computer you are actually monitoring.

Security and Stealth Features

Keystroke Spy has an array of security and stealth features included with it.  Keystroke Spy will not show in the Mac 'Force Quit' manager and is password protected from unauthorized usage.

  Keystroke Spy will be virtually undetectable to your users. It will NOT show up in the Mac 'Force Quit' manager.
  
  
• Warning Screen (optional) [view screenshot]
  An optional warning screen can be configured to alert all users of the computer that they are being monitored. This warning is optional and can be a custom message set to whatever you wish.

  Keystroke Spy is password protected to prevent monitoring termination and settings changes by unauthorized users.
  
  
• Idle Timeout
  Keystroke Spy can be configured to go into an idle state when a user has been inactive on the computer for a given amount of time. When activity resumes so does Keystroke Spy.
  
  
• Configurable Log Location
  You can set Keystroke Spy to store logs in any directory you wish, aside from the default, including network shared folders.
  
  
• Automatic Log Clearing
  You can set Keystroke Spy to clear its keystroke logs each time the log is emailed to you so as the log files do not get larger than you wish.

  The stealth version includes a pre-configured installer which requires no interaction from the user whatsoever. There is virtually no chance a monitored user will be able to detect or remove the software.
  
  No user interaction required whatsoever. When the install file is executed on the computer it installs instantly with no windows, popups, or user interaction required, with pre-configured stealth settings. The installation takes seconds and monitoring begins immediately.
  
  This stealth version is also remotely installable. The install file can be emailed (or transferred in any other way) to the computer you wish to monitor and when executed will invisibly install the software and begin monitoring. You will then receive monitoring reports via email to the address you setup in the pre-configured settings.
