Alerting, Reporting,
and Filtering
Features
Not only does KeystrokeSpy record keystrokes, but it will also alert you by
email when certain keyword phrases are typed, such as names, addresses, and
other phrases you specify. You can also have logs automatically sent to
your email address so you can view reports from another computer, such as your
office. Last, but not least, rather than logging all keystrokes you can
setup KeystrokeSpy to only monitor those keystrokes performed in specific
applications.
Application Filtering KeystrokeSpy can be set so that it ONLY records
keystrokes typed in specific applications or windows you select. This is
optional and by default KeystrokeSpy will record all keystrokes typed regardless
of where they occur. [view

Email Log Delivery KeystrokeSpy allows you to send its keystrokes log to
via email, along with a current screenshot of the computer desktop, at set time
intervals you specify. This allows you to view logs from a location other
than the computer you are actually monitoring. [view

Keyword Alert Notifications KeystrokeSpy can be set to alert you via email when a 'trigger' keyword or phrase has been typed on the computer such as a name, address, password, phone number, etc. Along with the alert email will be a
screenshot of the computer desktop when the trigger was set. [view

unauthorized users, log file backdating, and includes an optional startup
