1. What versions of Windows is KeystrokeSpy compatible with?
KeystrokeSpy will work with Windows 9x, Me, NT, 2000, 2003, XP (32 or 64 bit), Vista,
and the new Windows 7.

2. KeystrokeSpy will not load when Windows starts?
Under the 'General Settings' of KeystrokeSpy make sure you have the option
'Load on Windows Startup' option checked.

3. Can I restrict KeystrokeSpy to only log keystrokes in the applications
I want it to?
Yes, go to the 'Application Filters' tab within KeystrokeSpy. Here you
can add specific applications and Windows titles you wish KeystrokeSpy to record
exclusively.

4. Will KeystrokeSpy record password of users?
Yes, any username or password typed on the computer while KeystrokeSpy is
actively monitoring will be recorded in your logs.

5. KeystrokeSpy is not recording keystrokes for some of the users of the
computer?
First, you must make sure you installed KeystrokeSpy on an administrator
account of Windows. If you have, you need to make sure that the log
location where logs are stored has full read/write access for all users.
If these permissions are not set correctly then logs will not be written
properly.
